Curtain side semi trailer
This is a side curtain semi-trailer that was specially customized according to the configuration requirements of an Algerian customer. It is equipped with functions for raising the entire chassis and the front axle. The roof can be opened. The braking system uses Haldex EBS. Outstanding feature
The hydraulic system is a common method for the full vehicle lifting of semi-trailers. By regulating the flow direction and pressure of hydraulic oil through control valves, smooth lifting and lowering are achieved.
After vehicle ignition, when speed exceeds 10 km/h and load reaches 35%, the front axle begins to lift. This system reduces tire wear, decreases power loss from friction, and lowers transportation costs. The front axle automatically lowers when the vehicle comes to a stop.

Complete vehicle fastening
Tire and suspension: Use straps to fix the suspension (such as air suspension needs to be locked), and tire pads are non-slip planks to avoid shaking during transportation.
Side curtain and slide rail: The side curtain should be fully closed and tied, and the slide rail should be protected with foam strips to prevent collision and deformation.

Disassembly package
Detachable parts: such as legs, spare tires, tool boxes, etc., fixed separately with wooden boxes or iron frames, and marked with the connection position with the car body.
Electronic devices: Remove the wearing parts such as GPS and lamps and place them in the ESD box

Suitable for container or frame box
Size measurement: Verify that the folded/reduced size of the semi-trailer complies with container standards (such as 40-foot high cabinets or open top boxes).
If it is too wide/high, it needs to be transported by frame box or ro-RO ship.
Loading scheme: Usually the semi-trailer needs to be tilted or reversed into the container, using jacks and guide rails to adjust the position

Packaging material selection
Anti-rust treatment: Metal parts (such as frame, suspension) are sprayed with anti-rust wax or VCI (gas phase anti-rust) film.
Buffer material: Corners, protruding parts (such as lamps, rear guardrail) with foam board, pearl cotton or bubble wrap.
Waterproof cover: The whole vehicle is covered with custom rain cloth or plastic film, and the side curtain part needs to be strengthened (to avoid friction damage).

Promise to solve the general failure within 72 hours, major failure within 7 days to provide solutions (need to be specified in the contract).
