40ft Skeleton Semi Trailer

40ft skeleton semi trailer is welded from longitudinal and transverse beams, as well as front and rear beams. The main beam is made of steel plate 16Mn submerged arc welded into an I-shape. The middle container locking device is equipped with an integral long crossbeam to improve the load-bearing capacity of the container locking device. The difference between flatbed semi trailer and skeleton semi trailer is that flatbed semi trailer adds side beam and floor.

40ft skeleton semi trailer are most for transporting 2* 20ft container or 1*40ft container. It also can produce to transport 45ft container. But 2 axle the payload is not too heavy. Max payload is about 30000kgs. 40ft are most 3 or 4 axles. This container chassis trailer is container specific vehicle can't delivery other cargoes. Customers can choose 4or 8or 10 or 12pcs container locks according for different requirements. The size is optional for 20/40/45ft containers. The axle, suspension, landing gear, tires and ABS or EBS also optional according to different requirements.
