The 3axle cement tanker semi trailer is a specialized vehicle designed for the road transportation of dry powder granular materials such as bulk cement, fly ash, and lime powder. Its key feature lies in the fact that the semi-trailer part has three axles (6 tires) and is equipped with a sealed pressure tank that uses the principle of fluidization for loading and unloading.The tank is the core component, usually made of 4mm high-strength steel Q355B. Its cross-section is mostly circular or elliptical, featuring high compressive and sealing performance. An agitator bed (with perforated plates) and a sliding slope are installed inside to ensure smooth material flow.
Efficient loading and unloading, sealed transportation
The entire process is sealed, which significantly reduces material loss (avoiding the loss caused by broken bags of cement) and dust pollution, and has good environmental performance. Using pneumatic unloading, it is fast (usually it can complete the unloading of one truck in 30 to 50 minutes), with high automation level, which greatly saves manpower and time costs.
High load capacity with legal and compliant compliance
In road regulations of China and many other countries, the legal gross loading capacity of three-axle semi-trailers (approximately 33-35 tons, with a total vehicle and cargo weight of about 49 tons) is significantly higher than that of two-axle semi-trailers, making them more economically viable for transportation. Adding an extra axle improves the stability and safety of the vehicle during driving, turning and braking, and is particularly suitable for long-distance and heavy-load transportation.
