Assemble the welded box components and complete the installation with the main beam.

Step 3

Welding

Welding the container body, assembling hydraulic rods, and grinding weld seams ensure a smoother and more even surface, resulting in a better painting finish.

Step 4

Spray Lacquer
After the complete chassis assembly, the entire vehicle undergoes painting treatment.

Step 5

Install
After the paint has fully cured, the installation of vehicle components begins-including axles, tires, landing legs, and electrical/pneumatic systems. Once assembly is complete, the finished vehicle undergoes final factory inspection before delivery.

Step 6

Factory Acceptance

Prior to delivery, the vehicle must undergo comprehensive performance and electro-pneumatic system testing. Shipment is authorized only after successful acceptance inspection.
