Rear Dumper Semi Trailer
The rear dump semi trailer is a new type of semi-trailer dump truck developed by our company. It has the characteristics of low center of gravity and less likely to overturn when lifted. The main beam is made of 16 manganese beams and plates, greatly increasing the load-bearing strength. The center of gravity has been lowered to 1.3-1.4 meters, making it less prone to tipping during transportation and significantly reducing damage to tires, leaf springs, and frames. The carriage adopts a front narrow and rear wide mode. According to the triangle principle, when the carriage is lifted, its center of gravity is relatively concentrated. When the angle of its corner line tilts to a certain angle, the corner line of the large box is perpendicular to the ground, and the two sides of its bottom horizontal line are 10 centimeters apart, so the large box will not overturn. The narrow front and wide rear design of the large box is more conducive to the self dumping of goods, making it less prone to blockage. The goods slide evenly, avoiding situations where one side falls and the other does not, thus preventing the vehicle from tipping over. The rear panel of the car is locked using a mechanical device. The locking hook and rear panel automatically open during unloading to avoid blockage, especially when unloading stones, which will not hit the rear panel and reduce damage to the vehicle. This vehicle has a cargo carrying capacity of up to 45 cubic meters and a payload of 80T-100T, greatly improving work efficiency. It is an alternative product to 8*4 dump truck, and side dumping.
