100t Lowbed Semi Trailer
100t lowbed semi trailer we designed three line six axle semi-trailer, in layman's terms, refers to a semi-trailer with three rows of wheels designed behind the tractor, known as the "three line"; A row of wheels with two axles adds up to a total of six axles, which is called "six axles"; Two tires are installed at each end of one axle, which means one axle has four tires, and a total of twenty-four tires are installed on six axles. The reason why so many tires are designed is because this type of semi-trailer is often used for transporting large cargo, also known as large transport semi trailers.
Three lines and six axes semi trailer generally allow for the transportation of large cargo up to 80 tons, four lines and eight axes semi trailer allow for the transportation of large cargo up to 100 tons, and five lines and ten axes semi trailer allow for the transportation of large cargo up to 120 tons

Structural Features
The frame of the three-line six-axle semi-trailer is a piercing beam structure, and the longitudinal beam is straight or gooseneck. The web height is from 400mm to 550mm, the longitudinal beam is welded by automatic submerged arc welding, and the frame is shot peened. The tires are exposed, and the beam is threaded into the longitudinal member and welded as a whole. Composed of tandem dry leaf springs and suspension bearings, the structure is reasonable, with strong rigidity and strength, which is used to support the load and cushion the impact

Three-line and six-axle semi-trailers are suitable for medium and long-distance freight transportation, especially suitable for transporting heavy vehicles (such as tractors, buses, special vehicles, etc.), rail vehicles, mining machinery, forestry machinery, agricultural machinery (such as excavators, bulldozers, loaders, etc.) and other heavy-duty goods.
