Recently, a batch of customized TANK lowbed semi trailers for a Chilean customer has been successfully completed and is now ready for delivery. This project was tailored to meet local transportation conditions and specific customer requirements. The trailers have been comprehensively upgraded in terms of load capacity, stability, and safety performance, providing strong support for heavy equipment transportation in the Chilean market.

The lowbed semi trailer features a non-detachable gooseneck structure, ensuring a more robust and stable overall design. Compared to detachable configurations, this structure offers superior reliability under long-term heavy-duty operations, making it especially suitable for transporting large equipment such as construction machinery and mining equipment.
In terms of suspension, the trailer is equipped with an air suspension system with front axle lifting function. This system effectively absorbs road shocks, improves driving comfort, and automatically adjusts height based on load conditions. The front axle lifting design reduces tire wear and fuel consumption when the trailer is unloaded or lightly loaded, enhancing overall operational efficiency.
For safety, the trailer is fitted with a WABCO ABS (Anti-lock Braking System), which significantly improves braking stability and prevents wheel lock-up and side slip during emergency braking, ensuring safer operation under complex road conditions. Additionally, the trailer is equipped with JOST landing gear, known for its strength and durability, providing stable support during loading and unloading operations.
The trailer uses L1 brand axles, offering excellent load-bearing capacity and durability, making it suitable for long-distance and high-intensity transport while reducing maintenance costs and improving operational efficiency.
